Today when we went for a walk on the beach we found some footprints. We took a photo of the footprints. The footprints were leading to the water and we thought they might be penguin prints. When we went home we searched up penguin footprints and they were the same as the photo we took. These are the footprints.

Invisible Ball
This is my invisible ball no one can see the stuff inside the ball. If you need to hide stuff you can hide it in the invisible ball. If you need to hide presents, pets, clothes, treasure and people,it can be very useful.

Asthma
Today someone called Chris came in and told us about asthma and how we get it. We get asthma from lots of different things like the cold, dust mites, germs and from pets. He also told us how to stop getting it by washing our hands for 20 seconds and making sure there are lots of bubbles in the soap. This is Chris holding up a dust mite.

Maths
For maths we made different shapes out of string. Everyone at our table had to have at least one hand on the string. We made a square, triangle, rectangle and a star. The star was the hardest one. Everyone at my table had to use two hands to get the star. It was fun because we got to use string.

Tessellation
This is my tessellation art. It is one shape that has been copied with no gaps in between. I liked tracing the shapes. This is how you do tessellation.
First you get a small piece of paper and cut shapes out. Then you move the shape to the opposite side of the paper and cellotape it on. Then you get a big piece of paper and trace the small piece on the paper repeating the shape with no gaps in it until the paper is full. Have you ever done tessellation?

Swimming
Today we had swimming sports. I did 2 lengths free style, 1 length free style, 2 lengths backstroke and 1 length backstroke. We all did different races. I found the 2 lengths free style hard and my legs were sore. I liked the 2 lengths backstroke best. We have not found out the results yet. Have you ever done swimming sports?

Symmetry
Today we learnt about symmetry. We had to chose the symmetry in different car logos. There was reflective, rotational and translational. We had to put the lines of symmetry in the logos. Here it one of my car logos with symmetry. It is reflective. This means if you put a mirror on the line it would be the same on each side. A BMW and a Mazda. A Mazda comes from japan. A BMW comes from Germany.
